Construction of the “Bruno” Project
The “Bruno” project is a compact and functional house with a total area of 75 m², designed for comfortable year-round living. The layout provides two living rooms and a well-balanced structure suitable for a private family home, countryside residence, or investment property.
The house is supplied as a prefabricated house kit, which allows for faster construction, efficient logistics, and controlled quality of the main structural elements.
House Kit
The house kit includes the main structural wooden elements and materials required for the construction of the building frame.
External walls are made of timber with a section of 150 × 40 mm and are externally sheathed with EGGER OSB-3 boards. This solution provides structural stability and a reliable base for further insulation and exterior finishing.
Internal partitions are made of timber with sections of 150 × 40 mm and 100 × 40 mm, depending on the structural requirements of the project.
The roof rafter system and floor structures are made of timber with sections of 50 × 200 mm and 150 × 40 mm, providing strength and durability of the building structure.
The kit also includes a bottom binding beam treated with bitumen primer, section 150 × 40 mm, as well as a complete set of fastening materials.
All timber is treated with antiseptic protection by immersion, which increases resistance to moisture, biological damage, and extends the service life of the structure.
Roof
The roof package includes “Classic” metal tile roofing with a thickness of 0.45 mm.
The roof system also includes Foliarex Strotex Supreme waterproofing membrane produced in Poland, battens 25 × 100 mm, counter battens 40 × 50 mm, and special roofing flashings.
This roofing solution provides reliable protection against atmospheric impact and gives the house a neat, modern appearance.
