Construction of the “Buk” Project
The “Buk” project is a spacious and functional house with a total area of 144 m², designed for comfortable year-round living. The layout includes three living rooms and provides a practical solution for a family home, countryside residence, or investment property.
With its compact dimensions of 9.99 × 7.81 m, the house offers an efficient building footprint while providing a generous living area. The house is supplied as a prefabricated house kit, which allows for faster construction, optimized logistics, and controlled quality of the main structural elements.
House Kit
The house kit includes the main wooden structural elements and materials required for the construction of the building frame.
External walls are made of timber with a section of 150 × 40 mm and are externally sheathed with OSB-3 boards or reinforced with diagonal braces, depending on the structural solution of the project. This provides stability, rigidity, and a reliable base for further insulation and façade finishing.
Internal partitions are made of timber with sections of 100 × 40 mm and 150 × 40 mm, depending on the layout and technical requirements of the project.
The intermediate floor structure is made of timber with a section of 50 × 200 mm. The subfloor of the second floor is made of OSB-3 boards, with cement-bonded particle boards used in bathroom areas.
The roof rafter system and floor structures are made of timber with sections of 50 × 200 mm and 150 × 40 mm, ensuring strength, durability, and structural reliability.
The kit also includes a bottom binding beam treated with bitumen primer, section 150 × 40 mm, as well as a complete set of fastening materials.
All timber is treated with antiseptic and fire-retardant protection by immersion, which increases resistance to moisture, biological damage, and fire exposure, and extends the service life of the structure.
Roof
The roof package includes IKO bitumen shingles, with color and shape available according to the client’s choice.
The roofing system also includes a continuous roof deck with waterproofing, aerators for ventilation of the under-roof space, Foliarex Strotex Supreme waterproofing membrane produced in Poland, battens 25 × 100 mm, counter battens 40 × 50 mm, and special roofing flashings.
This roofing solution provides reliable protection against atmospheric impact, supports proper roof ventilation, and gives the house a finished and modern appearance.
